Swim the Lake (B), Ardingly 2023

The Beautiful surroundings at this location is great to take a long distance swim.
The water is set in the lovely countryside of west Sussex high hills on all sides, wild birds and the iconic Ardingly College building in the back ground.
The triangular swim course is based in the western side of the water and swims out from the Activity Centre to the middle of the water then
back along the far side, then across in front of the main wall. All spectators will get a great view of the whole course.
There will be Activity Centre support craft and lifeguards on duty to assist you in your swim.
Online Entries website is open until 6pm on Tuesday before the race day.
Entries on the day are available (before 6.15pm) and you can register from 5.30pm , last registration is at 6.40pm.
Facilities - There are Toilets, but NO CHANGING OR SHOWERS available.
ARRIVAL; Please arrive in good to time to register, get into the wetsuit(unless over 22degrees water temp.) and attend briefing. Please Note:At the end of the event the venue will close and gates locked at 9pm.

Use the parking indicated at the college, Prep School, student parking and headmasters field and walk down to the reservoir.
WETSUITS ARE MANDATORY FOR THE EVENT UP TO 23 DEGREES. ' SHORTIE' WETSUITS CAN BE WORN BUT MUST BE Min. 3mm THICK.
