KidstriUK Multi-sport Events
Updated 06-10-2024
Hello and welcome to the multi-sport fun for all children 8yrs to 16yrs, novice or more active, this is the place.
Well that's it! the 2024 season of races finished and it
has been GREAT FUN!
We have had 5 fantastic events a
great mix of triathlon, duathlon, Aquabike, aquathlon,
Family Fun Relay's and the under7yrs DASH races. Seen so
many great performances and the Series Results will be
posted very soon, with the awards being on Saturday 16th
November at 3pm the venue Billingshurst Leisure Centre
(Studio).
As well as that we have raised, so far, over
£700 for 'Young LIves vs Cancer' and had 3 new road cycles
won in the charity raffles, which I am sure will return to a
cycle transition near you soon.
Finally the KidstriUK
Series going forward will be a much smaller affair, I will
only be running the Worthing Duathlon event myself next
year, no other events directly.
SO THERE ARE
BOTH THE BILLINGSHURST CHILDREN'S AND THE BOGNOR CHILDREN'S
EVENTS open to a local club/organisation to take
over. I can provide all the background materials and race
day equipment. So up to a an individual or committee out
there to step up and take on one of these great events.
After 20years of staging children's & adult triathlon/
open-water swimming events it is time to step back from the
frontline. I am always happy to help, advise and supply kit
& myself to others.
My special thanks to my small team my lovely Jacqui, Lisa,
Maxine, Jo and longstanding friend Andy. Without these guys
the events would not have been possible for so long.
See
you in May 2025 for the KidstriUK Worthing Charity Duathlon!
